FOR ALL PAYMENTS MADE TOWARDS OUR PRODUCTS & SERVICES USING THE PAYMENT
GATEWAY SHALL STAND AS UNDER:
· The subscription charges paid for getting the Digital Products such as Customized Software Systems, ERP, CRM, CMS, LMS, Web Apps etc or its add-ons is non-refundable.
· In case you have paid the charges relating to our product/service subscription multiple times, please write to us at [email protected] and we will initiate the necessary procedure to refund your money. In case your payment has been collected by our channel partner and not by ODOPZO, you may request for a full refund of the charges from the channel partner.
